 FAQs

  • I’ve designed this workshop to take a total of 8 hours—though you can spend more time on some of the artefacts I’ll give you to work on. This course takes place over a single weekend so you can do the deep focus work it requires without conflicting with your work schedule.

  • The best way to get value is to join live so you can connect with me and others in the workshop. If for some reason you can’t make it, you will have access to the recording in the private community. You will also get perpetual access to the templates & resources that are included.

  • Yes! The material for this workshop goes into greater depth than anything I share on LinkedIn or have taught in my free classes or workshops. It’s also structured and guided—something that is deeply lacking from social media platforms.

  • The content for this workshop is catered for existing PMs. I do not recommend that aspiring PMs & career switchers sign up for this workshop.

  • Yes. While my own experience spans across the US, EU, and UK, managing and planning your career isn’t confined to any single market. Some of the insights we’ll cover will include region-specific information for North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region.

Plus, all the workshop sessions will be recorded and available for replay.

  • I work with a number of PMs to do exactly that. We will cover this topic in the workshop and you will be better prepared for that search by attending the course.

  • Yes! You will have the opportunity to ask questions during two different AMA sessions, and all course participants get a complimentary, 30-minute 1:1 private session which can be scheduled in the weeks that follow the workshop.

  • There is no mandatory pre-work. You will be invited to join the private community after you have enrolled and participants are encouraged to reflect on what they want to get out of this workshop before it begins.

You will also receive access to resources to explore prior to the course.

  • People who join this workshop will be added to the Product Sphere community and be eligible to join other spaces within the community to get even more support from James on your job and career, as well as other professionals working on building and growing rewarding careers in Product Management.

  • If for any reason your plans change and you can no longer participate in the workshop, don’t worry. You can get a full refund up until 24 hours before the first session of the workshop.
